Search requests, passenger names, contact details, and payment confirmations are used only to run your booking, share it with the airline through Duffel, and send confirmation emails.

We collect passenger names, dates of birth, passport details when required, email, phone number, and itinerary choices. Booking data is transmitted to airlines via the Duffel API solely to issue and manage tickets.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers. We use essential cookies to keep your search and checkout working, and analytics cookies only where you have agreed to them.

Data is transmitted over SSL and access is restricted to authorized staff. Under Canadian privacy law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
