TheTravelAgency.ca is a booking platform and agency. Each flight is operated by an airline and sold under that airline's conditions of carriage.

All bookings are subject to the operating airline's contract of carriage, fare rules, and baggage policy. Where these terms conflict with an airline's rules, the airline's rules apply to your flight.

You are responsible for holding valid government travel documents, including passports with sufficient validity and any visas or entry authorizations required by your destination. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from missing or invalid documents.

Fare quotes are based on airline distribution data at the time of search. Service fees are shown before payment. Offers expire on the time shown and may change if the airline updates the fare before ticketing is complete.
